Job Summary
Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, handling, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Verify inbound shipments, scan goods upon receipt, and record any damage on inbound or outbound shipments. Process returns to sellers, resolve errors and missing information, and assist with customer drop-off and pick-up days at the processing center. Implement new processes, test technological advancements, and collaborate with management to align with departmental goals and Key Performance Indicators. Maintain a set production schedule while working a 5-day workweek in the Cincinnati, OH metropolitan area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to move / lift up to 100 lbs. when utilizing proper equipment and/or lifting techniques
- Ability to work a 5 day workweek
- Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for EBTH
- A self-starter
- A team player mentality with an ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain a set production schedule to align with business needs
- An appreciation for dedicated customer service in a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity and comfort working with Google Suite
- Located in the Cincinnati, OH metropolitan area

- Knowledge of antiques, artwork, collectibles and unique items
