Job Summary
The Order Specialist is responsible for accurately locating, selecting, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Duties include picking and packing orders from pick locations using Oracle WMS and Zebra handheld scanners, verifying product information and quantities, labeling and packing per shipping requirements, restocking inventory, operating material handling equipment, and performing inventory and cycle counts while adhering to safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Roles require lifting up to 40 lbs, potential after-hours and weekend work, and strong organizational and communication skills to maintain inventory accuracy and DC efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
