Job Summary
Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, and store materials, while conducting pre-shift equipment inspections and reporting maintenance concerns. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks, utilizing RF handheld scanners to receive, track, and move inventory. Perform receiving duties including unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, and complete shipping tasks such as staging, labeling, and preparing outbound shipments. Maintain inventory accuracy, follow proper storage and stacking procedures, and assist with picking, packing, replenishment, and returns processing. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Work within TSA and/or Customs-monitored facilities when required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift certification
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
- Strong attendance record and reliability
- Forklift operation and equipment handling
- Inventory accuracy and documentation
- Team collaboration and adaptability
- Safety awareness and compliance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to learn barcode scanning and handheld technology
- Company-provided safety vest
- Steel Toe boots
