Job Summary
Operate material handling equipment to select, stock, and stage auto glass products; use RFID to fulfill orders; inspect/shipping and receiving processes; document damages or shortages; verify counts against CORE inventory; move goods with hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers; maintain safety, cleanliness, and certifications; assist with loading, returns, and shipments while supporting KPI objectives and customer service goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Familiar with modern warehouse software with basic computer skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Detail and safety oriented
- Exceptional time management skills
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and take direction
- Flexible shifts or overtime as needed
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- CMV DOT Medical Card preferred
- Forklift certification
- 2+ years warehouse or equivalent experience
