Job Summary
Warehouse Specialist responsible for foundational inventory and logistics support—receiving, staging, inspecting, and preparing products and materials for shipping. Operates warehouse equipment, maintains accurate records, adheres to safety and organizational standards, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts. Emphasizes safety, efficiency, structure, and operational excellence; duties include processing shipments via LTL and UPS Ground, stocking and replenishing inventory, performing hydro testing and painting as needed, inspecting shipments for damage, fulfilling orders, following department procedures, maintaining neat documentation, and identifying process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable operating forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and warehouse tools
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving documents and basic computer use (e.g., Microsoft Office)
