Job Summary
Warehouse Specialist responsible for receiving, warehousing, packaging and shipment of goods within a climate-controlled environment; uses SAP to receive goods, track movements, manage documentation, and ensure accuracy of inventory; maintains documents, communicates with internal/external partners, conducts inspections on outgoing shipments, and supports Lean/5S practices to maintain an organized, compliant workspace. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 8 hours, and perform frequent walking and physical activities; first shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED and/or relevant job function experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Experience with SAP software (preferred)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
