Job Summary
Execute inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, order picking, and staging. Operate forklifts and powered equipment safely while using RF scanners and digital tools to track inventory levels in Warehouse Management Systems. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, workflow bottlenecks, and equipment issues by identifying root causes and recommending solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, OSHA standards, and internal safety protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready environment while shifting between tasks as needed in a fast-paced setting. Perform additional flexible duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations
- Strong familiarity with warehouse technology including WMS platforms, RF scanners, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and make sound decisions in real time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Steel‐toed boots/shoes
- Safety vest
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am
Desired Qualifications
