Job Summary
Site Manager responsible for full P&L and operations at Taulov site in Fredericia, Denmark. Lead multi-product warehouse and distribution activities, optimize performance, cost efficiency, and asset utilization, and drive continuous improvement. Develop and mentor the team, manage customer and contract relationships, support tenders and growth aligned with Maersk’s Integrator strategy, oversee site implementation and product mix, ensure HSSE compliance, contract governance, and remote- or office-based collaboration within an international matrix organisation. Focus on delivering operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction while maintaining adherence to global standards and corporate policies.
Required Qualifications
- Solid site management experience from a warehousing and distribution environment
- Excellent stakeholder management in international matrix organisations
- Lean thinking and continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of financial acumen with ability to read, interpret, and act on P&L results
- Ability to develop and lead teams to achieve objectives
- Knowledge of HSSE compliance and regulatory standards
- Experience with contract governance and vendor management
