Warehouse Site Leader

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound, storage, inventory, outbound) at Cofradía site; drive operational performance through KPIs (safety, quality, productivity, costs); ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as main point of escalation; lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports and 70+ indirect employees; conduct daily Gemba walks to ensure execution, safety, and process adherence; identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S); monitor inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse processes using WMS; manage cost control aligned with operational budgets; drive a high-performance culture with strong discipline and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related)
- +7 years in warehouse / contract logistics operations
- Proven leadership in large-scale operations (50+ employees)
- Strong customer-facing experience
- Background in inventory management and warehouse execution
- Experience in logistics operators
- Advanced Excel Power BI SAP WMS (mandatory)
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen)
- Leadership profile: Strong presence on the floor (not desk-based)
- Data-driven decision making
- High sense of urgency and accountability
- Firm leadership style with focus on results and structure
- Ability to challenge, influence, and manage stakeholders
