Job Summary
Monitor orders screens daily, prepare attendance and performance reports, and conduct team kick-off meetings. Lead daily warehouse activities by assigning tasks, coaching employees on action plans, and enforcing SOP compliance. Troubleshoot shipping process issues, investigate accidents, and make operational decisions to achieve cut-offs. Safely operate warehouse equipment while adjusting workflows to ensure timely shipments. Perform annual evaluations and participate in special project planning. Work onsite in Lockport, IL, Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 11:30pm, with a salary of $52,000–$65,000 plus bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Prior management or supervisory experience
