Job Summary
Warehouse Shipping Supervisor overseeing 3rd shift (Sun–Thu 9:30pm–6:00am) to manage daily warehouse operations, prepare schedules, supervise and coach staff, monitor quality and service, uphold the 7S program and safety policies, maintain a clean workspace, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include staffing and training, ensuring accurate execution of shipping activities, coordinating with leadership and other departments, and maintaining adherence to quality policies. Must have at least 2 years of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and the ability to work overtime; U.S. citizenship is required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field, bilingual English/Spanish, experience in AS9100/ISO environments, and 3PL experience. The role calls for the ability to lift and move objects, stand/walk for extended periods, and operate in a warehouse environment with potential hot or cold conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
- Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
- Demonstrated ability to support, follow and communicate company safety guidelines and programs
