Warehouse - Shipping Coordinator

Job Summary
Schedule and confirm carrier pick-ups, direct truck drivers to warehouse doors, and confirm orders in LX ERP. Create Bills of Lading, file paperwork, and coordinate with Customer Service Coordinators to expedite responses and ensure inquiries reach the appropriate personnel. Drive forklifts for additional support or to cover staffing shortages when required. Complete special projects, assist with warehouse planning, and adhere to safety, 5S, and HACCP rules. This role involves both office and plant exposure in an air-conditioned environment with high noise and dust levels.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Forklift driver's license
- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
