Job Summary
Post and pick completed orders, assuring they are packaged and handled correctly before staging for daily pickup. Process orders through UPS WorldShip or FedEx Manager while making accurate transactions in the QAD ERP system. Monitor freight charges, enter adjustments as needed, and mark orders as shipped. Maintain proper stock of shipping supplies and keep the storage area clean and debris-free. Act as a backup to the Inventory Department and interact with drivers and Customer Service to monitor daily priorities. Perform duties Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. This role supports our mission to help customers support their patients within a safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree/GED
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs with a pallet jack
- Ability to physically lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand, stoop, and bend for any length of time
- Priority warehouse experience
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Learns and adapts with the organization
- Ability to work Monday- Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
