Job Summary
Outbound Shipping Clerk role focused on preparing documents (work orders, bills of lading, shipping orders), recording shipping data (weight, charges, space availability, damages/discrepancies), and coordinating with establishment representatives to resolve issues. Requires at least six months of warehouse experience and (preferred) Electric Pallet Jack familiarity. Night shift (Thursday–Sunday) based in Plant City, FL, with paid training and a full benefits package from day one, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and safety-focused culture. Strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, teamwork, and effective communication are essential; duties may involve safe lifting of varying case weights and adherence to safety policies.
