Warehouse & Shipping Associate

Job Summary
Load and unload trucks for LTL shipments and coordinate, schedule, and package products for small parcel delivery via UPS or FedEx. Pack product according to instructions and maintain inventory levels of raw and plated items, shipping supplies, and materials required for production. Transport and pick inventory using a forklift as needed, providing the stamping department with all necessary supplies. Follow other duties assigned by management while ensuring work areas remain organized and neat. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a family-owned, high-integrity culture that offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation including a performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree
- at least 18 years old
- good work history
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail
- ability to use a forklift
- pass Mechanical Comprehension testing in office
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience working with freight Companies, calling in trucks for pickup
