Job Summary
Verify outgoing orders to ensure every shipment is accurate, complete, and ready for delivery. Package products securely so they arrive safely and prepare shipments efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy. Identify and resolve order discrepancies before packages leave the warehouse and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while keeping orders moving efficiently. Work alongside teammates to improve quality, efficiency, and the overall shipping process. After completing a five-week training program, transition to a performance-based compensation plan tied to your output.
