Job Summary
Check truck drivers in and out, assign dock doors for inbound and outbound activity, and verify accuracy of all shipping and receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve issues, assist in appointment scheduling, and update required reports on a timely basis. Coordinate loads and communicate with customers to assist with their needs. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining detail-oriented follow-up practices. This role supports distribution across the US, handling consumer packaged goods with state-of-the-art equipment like Crown stand-up forklifts and RF scanners.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Ability to multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Excellent PC skills in MS Office (intermediate level)
- SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge (intermediate level)
- Safety Sensitive Position. Non-Regulated Tech. Depending on location, may be required to operate equipment and be equipment certified
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
