Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Warehouse Shift Supervisor responsible for running a busy 50-person shift across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced e‐commerce fulfilment environment. Oversees HR-related tasks such as attendance and performance, briefs the team, positions staff to meet targets, and provides training to raise standards of quality and efficiency. Supports the Shift Supervisor with stock receipt, put-away, despatch, and returns processing to meet SLA targets, while maintaining health and safety standards and stock integrity. Focuses on continuous improvement, efficiency, and KPI achievement, and motivates the shift team to maximize productivity. Requires experience as a supervisor/shift manager or senior team leader, strong communication with drivers and operatives, and a process-oriented mindset. Computer-literate with the ability to follow complex instructions; experience in a multi-client warehouse environment is desirable.
