Job Summary
Lead and manage daily warehouse shift operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods according to production schedules and quality standards. Oversee team performance and resource optimization by coaching members, managing schedules, and monitoring KPIs to improve operational efficiency and control costs. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security standards through regular workspace inspections, equipment maintenance tracking, and adherence to company protocols. This role supports Iron Mountain's global mission to preserve customer artifacts and protect data privacy through sustainable records and information management solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a team within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics distribution environment
- Strong technical knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong technical knowledge of standard warehouse health, safety, and security regulations
- Demonstrated ability in leadership
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task
