Job Summary
Develop a highly focused and efficient warehouse operation, overseeing goods in/out, third-party hauliers, and internal movements while challenging current methods to deliver innovation and cost savings. Manage the stock team and control inventory systems such as Vision and SAP, coordinating labor and equipment plans to meet volume targets. Monitor team performance against KPIs, mentor key players, and conduct disciplinary investigations in accordance with company procedure. Liaise with customers to attend interface meetings and manage on-site stocktakes, ensuring the Health and Safety Management System is maintained through regular training and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience within an operational/warehouse role
- Experience of managing a Warehouse Operation
- Experience of leading and motiving a team
- Customer stock and systems experience
- Extensive knowledge of Co-pack processes and procedures
- Experience of working successfully within a FMCG environment
- Experience of working in a customer-led environment with changing priorities
- IOSH
- Change management
- Financial / Budgetary awareness
- Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages
- Must be available for Tuesday - Saturday - 17:00pm - 02.00am
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
