Job Summary
Lead and supervise the warehouse team on the 6am–2pm shift in South Normanton to ensure health and safety compliance, incident reporting, and adherence to company and client procedures. Drive KPI achievement, cost control, and accurate inventory and MHE checks, while coordinating training, performance reviews, and staff development. Communicate with clients and internal partners, manage shift handovers, and foster continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving within contract operations. Experience in leadership, warehouse operations, and operational discipline is implied by the role title and responsibilities.
