Warehouse Shift Manager

Plan and expedite the effective and efficient control of the warehouse and despatch operations within a shift environment, leading a team of 45–60 outbound colleagues; create and implement a daily resourcing plan to deliver planned customer orders within budget; ensure the shift operates in line with GDP, SOPs and turnaround times, with adherence to quality; conduct formal and informal feedback and performance reviews; drive program performance through metrics and coaching; analyze quality and performance reports to identify trends and implement process improvements; collaborate across groups on projects and audits, and manage policies, procedures, and corrective actions; on-call for emergencies and participate in weekend rota.
