Job Summary
Assign, guide, and motivate a team of warehouse workers during the Monday through Friday 5:00am to 2:00pm shift. Set priorities for pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders while coordinating shipment receipt, inventory logging, and audits. Move incoming shipments to put-away zones, build pallets, and assist in truck loading for deliveries. Maintain equipment, report malfunctions, and ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety policies. Willing to work overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years prior leadership experience
- 3 years warehouse experience
- Minimum 1 year of box truck experience
- Minimum 6 months successful forklift and pallet jack experience
- Ability to lead team of approximately 5-10 teammates
- Ability to read and operate hand-held RF scan device and WMS
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability safely to operate a fork lift and pallet jack
- Physical ability to move product safely and efficiently (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers and customers as required
- Willing to work some overtime when needed
