Job Summary
Manage and lead a cohesive team within the Fragrance and Beauty distribution center, coordinating daily workforce allocation and inbound/outbound activities to meet service level targets. Monitor team performance, provide coaching for staff development, and remove operational obstacles to ensure productivity and financial health. Champion compliance with Health & Safety, 5S, and quality standards while supporting the creation and adherence to operational SOPs. Regularly report key updates and risks to the Warehouse Supervisor, escalating complex deviations as needed. This role requires hands-on leadership to deliver agility and best-in-class order fulfillment for the retail team.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership, collaboration and people management skills
- Spoken and written English
- High energy to manage day to day operations and staff development
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Familiarity with WMS systems
