Job Summary
Receive truck deliveries and prepare packages for drivers by loading conveyor belts, staging orders, and building pallets. Transport and stage deliveries using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while scanning items with handheld devices to sort orders into delivery bags and vans. Follow instructions in English to wrap, sort, and move items while operating around moving equipment like mobile cards and rolling cages. Shifts include early morning, overnight, or flexible hours ranging from 20 to 40 weekly. Onboarding training occurs during the first few days, with opportunities for upskilling and tuition support available for select groups.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Must be able to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Must be able to use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans
- Must be able to build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Must be able to receive truck deliveries of customer packages
- Must be available for Early Morning and Overnight hours
- Must be able to work Full-Time (40 hours), Reduced-Time (30-39 hours), Part-Time (20-29 hours), or Flex-Time (minimum 4 hours/week)
- Must be able to choose from a Fixed or Flexible Schedule
- Must be able to work overtime opportunities
