Job Summary
Utilize voice-pick technology to accurately select and fulfill customer orders while adhering to safety protocols. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks safely to transport products within the warehouse. Palletize orders carefully for shipment, ensuring proper packaging standards are met. Support warehouse distribution activities by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following safety guidelines. Complete end-of-shift duties including leveling off product, sweeping work areas, disposing of debris, and charging industrial equipment. This full-time, year-round role operates Monday through Thursday with a 1 pm start time, offering competitive compensation up to $70,000 plus incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and up to 165 lbs. occasionally
- Able to reach, stand, sit, kneel, bend, push, pull, and climb repeatedly or for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, forklift, pallet jack, or voice picking technology experience preferred
- Previous warehouse experience involving picking & packing or stock management is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety standards
- Self-starter who is able to work both independently and as a team
