Job Summary
Day Shift Warehouse Selector performs picking from pick tickets, operates forklift and electric pallet jack, scans and transmits PO documentation, receives trucks per PO requirements, identifies and picks product from inventory locations, palletizes and wraps orders using FIFO, labels products as needed, stacks in pallets for shipment, maintains inventory accuracy, conducts cleaning/maintenance as directed, observes safe handling techniques, and collaborates with supervisors/peers. Knowledge of forklifts/scanners and ability to meet physical requirements are essential. Quirch Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Read, write, communicate and comprehend English sufficiently to perform tasks, including reading labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, and instructions
- Ability to operate forklift and handheld scanners; training provided
- Forklift and OSHA certification preferred
- Ability to work in a cold environment and lift 20-100 pounds
- Eligible to work in the United States
