Job Summary
Select products from the warehouse according to customer orders using pick sheets and stage them for repacking. Prepare selected items by packing them securely and labeling them correctly. Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment and load/unload trucks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through routine cleaning tasks while complying with safety standards. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and stay until shifts are complete. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred; ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours and stay until the shift is complete
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or order selection experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
