Job Summary
Oversee and supervise daily warehouse security operations at a new site in Southaven, MS, including guard coverage, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident investigations, and coordination with Safety, HR, and Operations to enforce policies and ensure regulatory compliance; lead security staff (internal or contracted), manage visitor/vendor procedures, maintain logs and incident reports, and support loss prevention and emergency response planning; require 3+ years in warehouse operations with leadership experience and strong OSHA/safety knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Experience with safety audits, incident investigations, and emergency response planning
- First Aid/CPR certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
