Job Summary
Conduct conflict resolution and de-escalation while performing access control at security entrances and exits. Execute patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions and terrains. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, then provide detailed written reports. Interact frequently with client employees and guests within a team environment to achieve site goals. Respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation. Maintain alertness throughout shifts in a fast-paced setting while carrying out specific duties assigned to the site.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Strong computer / technology skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service background preferred
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus
