Warehouse & Sales Parts Specialist

Job Summary
Prepare and complete orders for delivery, pickup, or production by picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, staging, and shipping. Receive and process warehouse stock by unloading, counting, and locating items, while operating warehouse equipment and verifying orders before they leave the facility. Perform inventory cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies. Coordinate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders and assist with basic parts identification. Maintain clean and safe warehouse areas. Work a 40-hour week from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with the ability to work fluctuated hours depending on season and as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented
- Able to safely and efficiently pallet jack or forklift
- Capable of safely and frequently lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of working on your feet for periods up to 4 hours
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Able to work some fluctuated hours depending on season and as needed
- Able to work a 40-hour work week on regular basis (8:30am–5:00pm, 30min lunch)
Desired Qualifications
- Basic customer service or parts experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with inventory or order systems preferred
