Job Summary
Develop and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards. Lead site safety initiatives including Emergency Action Plans, Hazmat, and CTPAT requirements while conducting daily safety walks, inspections, and hazard observations. Manage Workers' Comp notifications, analyze Total Safety Index data in Power BI, and support incident investigations. Oversee the Forklift Training Program, new employee orientation, and monthly/quarterly audits. Maintain OSHA 300 logs and annual ITA submissions, chair the Safety Committee, and ensure all Workday training compliance.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics
- 1 year or more in Driving PIT equipment
- 3 years or more in Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry-related field
- 1 year or more in Training and/or leadership
- Microsoft Office Intermediate
- OSHA 30 Intermediate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Develops and delivers effective presentations
- Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills
- Travel Yes, 0-10%

- Prior experience leading safety and compliance programs
- OSHA certifications
