Job Summary
Monitor compliance with regulatory agencies and internal safety requirements while supporting safety personnel across multiple warehouse facilities. Develop compliance programs, conduct hazard analyses, and coordinate root cause investigations to drive continuous improvement in employee safety and injury experiences. Perform facility audits, lead SHS training initiatives, and develop location safety supervisors to ensure operational excellence. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics, plus two years of relevant warehouse experience and OSHA knowledge. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. with 30-40% travel.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics
- 2 years or more in Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field
- 2 years or more in Training / Leadership background
- 2 years or more in Driving various PIT equipment
- Basic knowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety practices
- Travel Yes, 30-40%
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
