Job Summary
Lead and manage warehouse safety and compliance programs across operations by ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies. Oversee workplace injury management, incident reporting, workers' compensation coordination, and fire safety protocols while conducting regular safety inspections to identify risks and implement corrective actions. Develop and enforce PPE standards, manage CCTV audit processes for internal investigations, and conduct safety training sessions to improve workplace safety culture. Partner with operations teams to enhance safety protocols. Requires 5+ years of experience, bilingual English and Mandarin skills, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse safety, compliance, EHS, or related operations management
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Experience handling workers' compensation cases and incident investigations
- Familiarity with PPE standards, fire safety procedures, and warehouse operational safety
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
