Job Summary
Stock concession stands and portable locations while maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring products are readily available during events. Receive and organize deliveries, rotate stock using the FIFO method, and store inventory in the warehouse. Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables, and maintain the overall security of storage areas by locking and protecting them. Sweep, mop, and organize storage areas while cleaning commissary dishes. Assist the concessions team as needed and make notes of inventory required for upcoming events. This part-time role at the Bismarck Event Center offers an hourly rate of $15.00 - $17.00 with 401(k) matching and requires a high school diploma, food service certification, and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of foodservice / hospitality warehouse experience
- Food service certification
- Must be able to work weekends as needed
- Must be able to lift heavy objects frequently
