Job Summary
Unload materials from trucks to the roof and ensure accurate orders while assisting with receiving inventory, pulling orders, and staging. Lift bundles of shingles weighing 80-100 lbs on a continuous basis, climb ladders, and work on rooftops following stringent safety practices and equipment maintenance protocols. Pass a drug test including marijuana and maintain a valid driver's license. Opportunities exist to learn to drive larger trucks and obtain a Class A CDL license through the Corporate Training program. This role supports Eikenhout's 120-year history of delivering building products to Michigan contractors.
Required Qualifications
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to lift 120 lbs
- At ease with climbing ladders and working on rooftop
- Able to pass drug test - including marijuana
- Valid Driver License
