Warehouse Returns Department Team Leader - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Lead and develop a warehouse returns team on 2nd shift (3pm-1:30am) to process customer returns, refurbish to Boden brand expectations, and collaborate with Contact Center to meet customer journey and departmental metrics. Responsible for staffing, performance management, coaching, ensuring policy compliance, accurate time/attendance records, and cross-functional communication with HR and other teams. Focus on creating a positive, high-quality work environment, maintaining safety and operational standards, and delivering on productivity and KPI targets while driving continuous improvement and employee development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in a Senior Warehouse Associate role or equivalent
- Previous management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable and open to change
- Ability to work in changing and fast paced environment
- Flexible working hours
