Job Summary
Unload, sort, and stage incoming products; pick, stage, and prepare customer orders using an RF scanning system. Stock items on racks, shelves, and bins, and manually pull specialized non-RF scanned materials. Safely operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while performing daily equipment maintenance. Assist with inventory cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized workspace through sweeping and dusting. Communicate shipping, packaging, or tagging issues to Customer Care and management, and respond promptly to internal and external requests. Complete work accurately with strong attention to detail while wearing required PPE and following all safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to successfully complete company-provided PIT certification
- Ability to work in hot and cold warehouse environments
- Regularly lift and move 50–80 pounds and occasionally participate in team lifts of 80–150 pounds
- Frequently climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
- Work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to moving mechanical equipment, varying weather conditions, and extreme temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Experience using RF scanners preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
