Job Summary
The Warehouse Replenishment Team Member at Dollywood Theme Park ensures all inventory is maintained and organized daily, communicates shortages, verifies sales orders, and operates heavy equipment such as forklifts as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory control, supporting facility upkeep, and providing excellent customer service. The candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have a valid driver's license. Previous warehouse experience and computer skills are preferred. Ideal candidates should embody the company's mission by exhibiting qualities of kindness, teamwork, and effective communication while complying with safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver's license, proof of auto liability insurance and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Must project Dollywood’s image by being genuinely friendly and caring and by taking pride in their work
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Must respond appropriately to workplace changes, and resolve issues in a positive manner
- Must be able to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information
- Must be willing to constantly improve
- Must have professional appearance with good personal hygiene
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate
- Must promote and support a 'team' work environment by cooperating and helping co-workers
- Must be sensitive to the needs of our Guests and feel empowered to action to meet their needs within company guidelines
- Must be able to utilize effective communication, problem solving, conflict management and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales or warehouse work experience preferred
- Computer experience operating Microsoft Office Programs, generate reports, printing and inventory systems preferred
