Job Summary
The Warehouse Replenishment Team Member will maintain appropriate stock levels in the warehouse and provide operational support while ensuring excellent customer service to guests. Key responsibilities include organizing inventory, matching sales orders, operating heavy equipment safely, and adhering to inventory control policies. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, disciplined, and respond positively to workplace changes. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential, alongside a commitment to Dollywood’s core values and customer service excellence. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver's license, proof of auto liability insurance and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales or warehouse work experience preferred
- Computer experience operating Microsoft Office Programs, generate reports, printing and inventory systems preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information
- Able to tolerate a fast-paced environment
- Able to withstand temperature ranges from 0 to 140 degrees and various climatic conditions
