Job Summary
Replenishment Associate at Uniform Advantage responsible for receiving, storing, and pulling merchandise from reserve areas, maintaining stock records, stocking active locations, and ensuring accurate stock levels. Responsibilities include operating power equipment to move products, using RF scanners and computer-generated reports to select items, following stock-to-floor processes with 24-hour dock-to-stock on backorder shipments and 48-hour on others, labeling and packaging as needed, and collaborating with teams to improve quality and efficiency. Must be able to work Saturdays/Sundays; physical duties include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent, Power Equipment Certification, RF Scanner Operation, and 18+ years old.
