Job Summary
Warehouse receivers are responsible for receiving and stocking inventory and processing orders in the warehouse. Key duties include picking, packing and processing multiple orders, accurately staging and sorting products for loading/shipping, loading/unloading trailers and containers, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, moving materials within the warehouse, weighing products for shipment, packaging finished products for shipping (shrink wrap, boxing, labeling), electronically scanning products using a warehouse management system, identifying and removing damaged products, processing BOL and distributing paperwork to the correct departments, assembling customer orders from stock and placing orders on pallets for shipping, using computers to enter records, operating forklift, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, and performing additional tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of prior warehouse experience
- Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
