Job Summary
The Warehouse Receiving Lead assists the supervisor by coordinating the activities of warehouse co-workers ensuring seamless production and distribution of products. Responsibilities include managing WMS reports, training new employees, handling loading and unloading of pallets, interpreting tickets, and auditing racks and docks. The role emphasizes enforcing safety procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA, and maintaining quality in product handling. The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of warehouse experience, along with proficiency in using MS Office and warehouse management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years' experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience on multiple types of powered industrial trucks (PIT)
- Computer Skills: MS Office, WMS and ordering system
