Job Summary
Receiving Team Lead at Albert Uster Imports, responsible for all Receiving functions in the Distribution Center, including unloading, inspecting, scanning inbound receipts, ensuring temperature requirements per the Food Safety Plan, communicating with Purchasing, labeling, tagging, proper put-away (FEFO), documenting discrepancies, processing returns, maintaining stock through replenishments and cycle counts, and performing daily bin/location checks. Preferred forklift certification; role typically early AM or Day shift with possible overtime. Includes coordinating with DC Manager/Assistant Manager and Purchasing; accuracy and safety are essential in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of warehousing/receiving experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
