Job Summary
Unload inbound deliveries safely and efficiently, verifying product quantities and conditions against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices. Operate electric forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment while inspecting shipments for damage or discrepancies. Process system transactions in the Warehouse Management System, apply receiving labels for traceability, and stage inventory for put-away. Report issues promptly and maintain cleanliness of docks and staging areas. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm with potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in a warehouse setting
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, bend, squat, reach, kneel, stoop, stretch
- May be required to work overtime, including more than 40 hours per week, based on business needs
- Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) with a demonstrated willingness to learn new systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with inventory control and SKU management desired
- Solid organizational and communication skills both verbal and written
