Job Summary
Perform inspections and tests of inbound and outbound products during receiving, shipping, and production activities. Complete daily quality checks to ensure visual and handling standards are met before products are shipped. Maintain a safe and productive work environment by following standard work instructions and ensuring quality specifications are met for all procedures. This hands-on, entry-level role provides training for individuals with warehouse or production experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis
- Must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen
- Must be completely free of the use of any nicotine containing products (for candidates selected for employment in Ohio)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, production, or inspection experience
- Ability to learn inspection processes, tools, and documentation systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow standard work instructions
- Produce accurate and quality work at a rapid and steady pace
