Job Summary
Oversee outbound orders for accuracy, inspect orders for item count and product specifications, reconcile pick tickets and packing lists, identify and escalate discrepancies or damages, and collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve issues while enforcing established quality standards. This fast-paced, on-site role in Atlanta requires attention to detail, strong inventory-management acumen, and effective cross-team communication to maintain shipment accuracy. Shift is 6am–2pm at our South Fulton campus, with a focus on continuous improvement and dependable teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control within a warehouse environment (3PL or manufacturing)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse processes
- Proven ability to spot and resolve order discrepancies efficiently
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Team-first attitude with a willingness to support broader warehouse operations when needed
