Job Summary
Warehouse Property Manager for a Federal Government client at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, GA. Responsible for property management, inventory control, and logistical support to ensure proper handling, accountability, and tracking of government-issued equipment and supplies. Key duties include receiving, processing, and tracking shipments; issuing/collecting equipment (training kits); maintaining inventory records with serial-number tracking; using government inventory systems; preparing SF-120s and related forms; meeting deadlines within specified windows; conducting inventory reconciliation and reporting; coordinating with USMS offices; serving as point of contact for facility, equipment, and logistical needs; assisting with office and equipment moves; supporting safety and security compliance; preparing reports and maintaining organized documentation; and working in a hands-on warehouse environment with the ability to lift 25–30 lbs. This role blends hands-on warehouse duties with administrative and reporting tasks and requires on-foot activity across the campus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse/property management
- Experience tracking inventory and accountability of equipment (serial number tracking preferred)
- Experience with documentation and forms related to inventory or property management (e.g., SF-120s)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25–30 lbs
- Hands-on warehouse duties and administrative/reporting tasks
