Job Summary
Warehouse Production Worker responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing finished goods and raw materials within Lifeway Foods facilities. Responsibilities include reviewing orders, relocating materials, recording receiving/shipping data, sorting/storage of materials, assembling customer orders, palletizing and wrapping, delivering supplies to production areas, marking materials, tracking materials, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, monitoring refrigerated warehouse temperature, maintaining logs, and complying with SOP, SSOP, GMP, and Lifeway Employee Policy. Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to read/write reports, perform basic math, and use manufacturing/inventory software and Microsoft Office; physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for an 8-hour shift, and climbing ladders. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 months related experience or equivalent
- Ability to read and write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals
- Basic mathematical skills (algebra, geometry)
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Software, Inventory Software, and Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
- Willingness to operate forklifts and pallet jacks and to work in a refrigerated environment
- Follow SOP, GMP, SSOP and general safety procedures
