Job Summary
Accurately receive, store, and ship products while performing inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization. Monitor bottling or PE line operations for quality control, reconcile shipping and receiving documents, and load/unload trucks. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals, provide relief to route delivery drivers, and maintain a clean, orderly work area. Adhere to safety protocols, properly use PPE, and operate warehouse vehicles and equipment safely. Work full-time, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, earning $18.50/hr with PTO and a 401k match. This role requires forklift certification, physical stamina for lifting up to 75lbs, and proficiency in hand tools and basic math.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check and drug screening checks
- Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, of performing the duties required of this position
- Must be able to lift 75lbs
- Must be comfortable working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor spaces where weather conditions may vary
- Must be comfortable with long periods of standing and walking
- Must be expected to kneel and bend regularly
- Must be able to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Must be proficient in verbal and written communication
- Must be flexible to changes in tasks, schedules, and procedures
- Must be able to effectively communicate and provide support to fellow team members
- Must demonstrate dependability and trustworthiness
- Must consistently show up for shifts on time
- Must complete all tasks as assigned

- Must be able to maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- Must be able to keep tools and materials properly stored
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and efficiently use time to meet deadlines
- Must be able to accurately receive, store, and organize inventory
